How far do you travel to dress a wedding? We only travel a maximum of 40 miles from our office in Accrington

Can I have sample swatches of the chair covers and sashes? We provide complimentary swatches of the chair cover and sash material all you need to do is fill in an enquiry form and indicate what colour swatches you would like sending out.

We don't know our final numbers yet can we still book? Yes you can, we can work to your approximate numbers and 4 weeks before the wedding when your final balance is due we can go through the definite numbers and adjust the balance accordingly. *The same applies to your colour scheme we can wait until 4 weeks before to confirm this.

Do you just deliver the chair covers, centrepieces and other products you offer so we (the hirer) can set them up? Unfortunately not, we only hire out our products when we are setting them up.

Is there a minimum booking value? Yes the minimum order value is £125.00.

Can we purchase the chair covers, centrepieces, vases and other products you offer? We only hire the products we offer we do not sell them.

Can we mix and match our centrepieces and sash colours? Yes you can have alternate centrepieces i.e. gold fish bowls on half your tables and martini vases on the other half (subject to availability) and you can have alternate sash colours as well.

Is there a security deposit required? Yes we require a security deposit which we call a refundable deposit and this is 15% of the whole balance, we ask for this refundable paymemt to be made vis seperate cheque and we only cash the cheque if after the event/wedding there are any losses or damages. (see terms and conditions)

How do we book? If you would like to book all we require is a booking order form and a copy of our terms and conditions signed and returned along with the deposit.

How much deposit is needed? We require 50% deposit (this can be lowered to 25%) to secure the booking, this is non-refundable.
